Every piece of merchandise has been tested for full functionality. If any functions are not working it will be noted on the item’s tag.
Every piece of merchandise has been cleaned. Game consoles and desktops/laptops are opened and cleaned from the inside out. We make sure to replace thermal paste as well. If a piece of merchandise isn’t up to your standards, let us know!
We are always willing to see if we can move on a price, although some items such as game consoles are a firm price.

We do offer shipping services. All merchandise is shipped via Canada Post and you will be provided with a tracking number.

No, we don’t require you to wipe your phone. Please make sure accounts such as iCloud, Find my iPhone, Google accounts, and Samsung accounts are removed before bringing in.
If you are unable to repay your loan, the phone becomes the item used to settle the loan. There are no surprises. We explain all terms clearly upfront so you can make an informed decision.
