Don’t let his calm exterior fool you, Ellett knows his stuff. As our Assistant Operations Manager, he keeps the gears turning smoother than a freshly oiled controller stick. Friendly, thoughtful, and sharper than a brand-new 4K display, he’s the guy you want when you’re picking out a TV, monitor, or hunting down the perfect video game.

 

He’s also a massive Buffalo Bills fan… but tread lightly. Mention the Kansas City Chiefs or Miami Dolphins and you might awaken the ancient rage. Otherwise, he’s the picture of peaceful customer service. When he’s not sorting consoles or helping customers find the right screen, you’ll catch him diving deep into history!

If you hear laughter echoing through the shop, chances are Terry’s nearby, either firing off a legendary bad pun or celebrating another electronic he’s brought back from the brink. As our Technology Manager, he can take apart a gadget faster than most people can say, “Uh… is this supposed to be smoking?”

 

Hard to miss with that unmistakable red hair, Terry is a one-man repair shop with the comedic timing of a stand-up comic. Whether he’s fixing consoles, resurrecting laptops, or dueling bravely in the realm of Yu-Gi-Oh, Terry brings spark, spirit, and a whole lot of laughs to the floor.

As our Operations Manager, David keeps the shop running smoother than a well-tuned guitar. Polite, professional, and armed with customer service so good it should probably win an award, he’s the calm, collected presence customers instantly trust.

 

You’ll spot him easily, just look for the legendary shirts and the wooden bowtie of the day. When it comes to gold, silver, or guitars, David’s knowledge is top-tier, like “human encyclopedia but with better fashion” levels of expertise. And when he’s off the clock, he’s in the kitchen cooking meals that could make Gordon Ramsay put down the yelling for a minute.

If it powers up, scrolls, or swipes, Steven knows it inside and out. As our Mobile Phone Manager, he’s the go-to expert for tablets, cellphones, and all things techy. Need advice on which device suits your style, or how to survive a software update disaster? Steven’s your guy.

 

Off the clock, he’s just as passionate about his fandoms. A devoted Colorado Avalanche fan, a full-blown Apple enthusiast, and a Marvel aficionado, Steven can talk superheroes and screen specs with equal enthusiasm. Friendly, approachable, and ready to solve your tech dilemmas, Steven brings expertise and energy to every customer interaction.

Outgoing, approachable, and always ready to lend a hand, Richard is the teammate everyone loves to have around. Whether it’s helping customers, organizing the shop, or sharing his encyclopedic knowledge of WWE, he brings energy and enthusiasm wherever he goes.

 

Ask him anything about wrestling, and he’ll drop facts faster than a top-rope elbow. Beyond the ring (and the shop floor), Richard’s all about making sure everyone leaves with a smile, and maybe a fun fact or two along the way.

Approachable, funny, and always ready with a helpful tip (or a witty remark), Dan is our go-to guy for all things tools. Whether you need advice on the perfect drill, a hammer that won’t quit, or a mysterious gadget you can’t quite identify, Dan knows exactly what you need and how to make it work.

 

When he’s not helping customers conquer projects, you might find him at his cottage, out on the boat, or taking things apart just to see how they tick. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to lend a hand, Dan makes sure every job, and every visit to the shop, is done right.
