“Staff is great, knowledgeable, and friendly! I’ve been dealing with them for over 10yrs and I've NEVER had a problem with them and would never go anywhere else! They are ALWAYS willing to work with you on their buyback program! Even in situations where I was late on the payment, they worked with me to send my stuff home! (Which they definitely don’t have to do!) The whole staff knows me by name and vice versa and greet me as soon as walk in! I've been to all the other shops but I prefer the Swap Shop hands down! They are NOT out to milk you for every dollar you have like the others in this town. And anyone that tries to say they have had a bad experience definitely has more to the story! “In my opinion, First Stop Swap Shop is the only pawn shop that gives a "small town feeling" by caring enough to get to know their frequent customers. The staff are down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly, and aren't out to gouge or rip off people.
